This NGO works to educate and inspire rural youth to become involved in local policy and program development in West Kenya. Their works focuses on two areas of education: sexual reproductive health and rights, and environmental advocacy on sustainability. Sexual health education includes discussions on access to birth control, consent, and reproductive justice. Their vision is a society where the reproductive health and rights of adolescent and youths are recognized, promoted and respected.

You will be introduced to the NGO’s Executive Director, staff members, as well as the area Ministry of Health Management Team. The videographer will visit the NGO’s main project sites and programs, including their Adolescent Girls and Young Women mentor program, Youth Centres; and will document the NGO’s teambuilding activities. The videos and (photos) will be used for fundraising purposes, social media, and other communications to motivate their existing supports and attract new supporters. Your images will also be shared by PWB to help support the work of the NGO and the PWB program.
Your job is to demonstrate the impact of the NGO through your storytelling and help convey to donors and grant programs the value of their financial support. Your images should tell a story that highlights experiences of local youth and the NGO’s mission to promote reproductive health and rights.
Experience in overseas development and travelling in developing nations
Proficient in videography
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
